Group Bookings


Overview

Jetstar Asia and Valuair recognise the unique needs of this customer segment and have developed a number of products that are both competitive and flexible. Groups are provided with special pricing, accessibility & a dedicated groups consultant to manage their bookings from initial quote to finalisation of travel.

How to book

  • Group travel is subject to Jetstar Asia and Valuair Terms and Conditions of Carriage.

  • Groups Desk operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 0830 to 1730 Singapore time.

  • A group booking is defined as ten or more passengers travelling together.

  • All enquiries are to be sent via fax to the Jetstar Asia and Valuair Groups Desk at +65 6546 0571 or send an email to groups@jetststarasia.com.

Key Conditions

In order to qualify for more flexible group conditions on Jetstar Asia and Valuair the minimum group size is 10 passengers travelling together for a common purpose. Should your group number fall below 10 individuals or the group is no longer travelling together for a common purpose, you will no longer qualify as a group and your group booking will be cancelled. You may re-book individually, subject to availability at the time of re-booking.

Jetstar Asia and Valuair retain the right to offer its group fares conditions to selected groups after initial consultation.
